Hi Everyone

Over at Penny Black Saturday Challenge the challenge this month is Summertime.

I have used some items I’ve had in my stash for a while and not got round to using them.(I’m sure you’ve got a few of those).
I started with a strip of brown card run through an embossing folder with hexagons on.  Then die cut a post from the spellbinder elegant posts.  The circles are from the Marianne creatables circles 152 and then the spellbinder large octagon.
The stamp is Penny Black Fantasy( a wonderful all round stamp for any occasion) and the flowers are a Nellie Snellen punch- rose flower – a recent buy.  This is a lovely little punch as it also embosses.
I filled the flower middles with pearliedoodles and coloured the whole card in with Marvey blending block shades of orange – including the ribbon.  I have a small alphabet set of stamps which comes in handy for different projects.

I have punched out further flowers in green cardstock and coloured them in orange ink and put on the right hand corner.

Makes me want an ice cream!Highlighted products are linked and can be purchased from J & C Creations
