Bezie Mates….

Hi Everyone

ver at Sketchabilities is this project and my interpretation of it.

I firstly took the colours from the photo of my daughter with her best friends when she was at school and used these as the basis for the project.
I then used the good old faithful stamps that keep coming out time and time again:  ‘Friends’  – Hero Arts, ‘Wine glass stain’ – Creative Expressions,  Hot off the Press-‘Pattern Backgrounds’, Indigoblu – ‘Ledger’, Kanban- ‘ruler’.
I firstly used the friends and ledger and inked in peeled paint distress ink then went over it with tea dye distress ink then a white wash of white acrylic paint in places to give a distressed look.
I then took some patterned papers and cut rectangles, banners and used a spellbinder circle die, crumpled the papers and inked the edges to form the flowers.  The centres are craft candy.

The different binder cut outs in the background are spellbinder dies.
The word Royal Windsor and the butterfly’s are a Tim Holtz piece of patterned background card.  The brown letters are made of foam. The Kanban ruler is stamped onto vellum with Versamark, and heat set with WOW Gold Pearl embossing powder, then torn up and glued around the photo. The 12 x 12 white card stock is inked around the edges with rusty hinge and mustard seed distress inks.

Have a lovely week

Sue
