Hi Everyone
Yesterday (21.4.12) I went on a mission to purchase some alcohol ink for the Tim Holtz challenge number 2, but as usual got side tracked in the process. My first port of call was the charity shop in Tarleton where I had a good rummage and purchased these:
The wool was 50p each and I’ll use these to make flowers on the flower loom. (I’ll show you a sample next time). a Hero Arts flower stamp 50p, a paper weight, £1 which I intend to alter by taking the backing off and replacing with a design of my own and a necklace £1 which is a bit ‘art deco’. £4 in total – bargain!

A Tim Holtz heart and wings die, this will come in very useful on the challenges I am doing, plus it was a good excuse as I’ve wanted this for ages. Art parts from Studio 490, a sheet of craft metal, a sheet of shiny cardstock, my alcohol ink mixative which I went for and some metal embellishments which I am going to change into rusty looking items for the challenge.
Then I went to Card-io, Pemberton and saw the lovely Esther Grundy demonstrating with the creatables dies, fab demo.
